CES is a school owned cooperative providing a range of high quality, value for money services to schools and other educational institutions throughout New Zealand.
The cooperative nature of CES results in low overheads which means lower fees to clients. Any surpluses achieved by CES (and these have been historically modest in line with the principles of a cooperative) are returned to our shareholder schools, not individuals or profit driven companies.

A Board of Directors, which is elected by our shareholder schools and includes two school Principals governs CES. This ensures people who have a genuine interest in, and understanding of, education govern CES. The organisation is managed by Anna Thomson.

CES is a professional and centralised resource for all schools which provides specific cost effective solutions to education clients throughout New Zealand.
